Theophilus and Priscilla Redfield are the patriarchs of the Redfield Clan in Killingworth. They have a very large posterity scattered throughout Connecticut and across America. Theophilus’s will is transcribed on several Family Trees on Ancestry.Com. What we present here is his famous signature take from his will. We have also included a document from his probate file that lists his sons. “The Several Gifts of Mr. Theophilus Redfield late of Killingworth Decd to his Several Sons Computed and Valued in Lawful Money”. We have also included a few pages from the probate file of his wife Priscilla. The documents are a list of her personal effects.
